About Hair Heroes
How it began...
Hi there, thank you so much for visiting my website!
My name is Lianne, I live in South Wales, UK and I am the owner of the internet based company, Hair Heroes.
I am a mother of two girls who are now 22 and 16. All three of us have always had long hair with different needs and concerns, so over the years we've used a lot of hair accessories! Where are most of these now? Some are probably stuffed at the back of my kitchen drawers, others are hidden in the girls bedrooms, but as they were mostly plastic and non-recyclable, the broken and majority of no longer used/needed items are no doubt sat in a landfill somewhere. I'm not proud or pleased about this and so Hair Heroes was born and the motto "happy hair, happy planet" came naturally very soon after (literally the same afternoon while I was washing the dishes!).
Who we are
At Hair Heroes HQ we believe in our motto 'Happy Hair, Happy Planet'. We strive to create and sell a variety of essential products for every hair type, using only planet friendly materials and ingredients. When you purchase any Hair Heroes product you can rest assured that it is always eco-friendly, sustainable and cruelty free and also biodegradable whenever possible. Our eco friendly hair accessories are always healthy for your hair and the planet!
Hair Heroes is still in its infancy, but I am so passionate about this niche, I have lots of ideas and am really excited to be starting out on this new venture. I look forward to what the future holds and hope you'll join me on my journey as the stock grows quickly over the next few months.
On a mission!
I believe that eco hair accessories should be easily accessible to everyone. That's why I started this journey, to create high-quality, planet friendly alternatives at affordable prices.
This is an area that holds a special place for me, so my mission is to research and hunt down the most eco friendly alternatives to our everyday hair products and stock them in one place. If it's not eco-friendly, Hair Heroes won't sell it, saving you time and providing peace of mind.
