Orders placed on weekdays before 3pm will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 3pm, over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
Once dispatched, standard delivery orders are expected to be delivered in 3 - 5 working days and premium delivery aims to deliver in 1 - 2 working days.
Delivery is charged at the following rates:
Standard Delivery - £3.49.
Standard delivery id free for orders over £50.
Premium Delivery - £8.99
No. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

We use a variety of delivery services including, but not limited to Royal Mail, DPD, DHL and Hermes. The delivery service used to deliver your order will vary depending on the order value and size.
If no one is in when delivery is attempted a card will be left for you to explain what will happen next, this may include you having to organise a redelivery or collection from the relevant depot. Failure to collect the item will mean the item is returned back to us. If the parcel is returned to us due to failure of collection or an incorrect address then we have the right to charge for sending the item out again, or to refund the order minus the delivery charge it cost for the item to be originally sent out - generally this is a standard charge of £4.99 for smaller orders and £11 for higher value items needing a fully tracked service. Please note however that this charge maybe higher when a large order is returned due to non-delivery.
If you have placed an order and changed your mind for any reason, please first check the status of your order to see if it has been dispatched.
If it says it has not been sent out yet, please send an email as soon as possible to contactus@hairheroes.co.uk to let us know and, if it has not been processed our side, we will cancel the order.
If it has been dispatched you will need to follow the usual returns process.

We strive to provide an excellent customer experience at all times, but we are human and so things could go wrong. If there is a problem with any of the items in your order please contact us immediately. You must report any order discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt. Once we are aware of an issue we will always try our upmost to resolve the problem.
Changed your mind?
Items can be returned for a refund up to 28 days after being delivered.
You must inform us if you wish to cancel or return an item(s) by emailing contactus@hairheroes.co.uk. Please ensure that you include your name, address and order number in the email along with your reason for return. We will then provide you with return instructions.
All items must be pre-authorised and returned to us within 28 calendar days of receiving your delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns at this time, so the customer is responsible for all return postage costs. We recommend using an insured service that covers the value of the return as the buyer is responsible for the items until we receive them back.
Once items are received by us and have been verified as being unused and still in resalable condition, refunds are sent via the original payment method.

By ordering a pre-order item, you are accepting that full payment will be taken at the time of placing the order and that the stock will arrive at a later date and will not be dispatched to you within normal delivery times. Further information can be found on each product page and as delivery times are subject to change due to stock availability. We strongly recommend that you always check this information before placing your order.
We will always provide an estimate of when the items are expected to arrive, however this could be extended due to unforeseen circumstances and at no fault of our own. If this does happen, you will be kept fully informed and may be given the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
Once the stock arrives we will dispatch your order and you will receive an email with tracking information.

Currently we only supply to the UK and all orders should be placed on our website.
Orders placed on-line will be confirmed automatically by email. This does not guarantee that we can meet your order. If you do not see your confirmation email within an hour of placing your order, please check your junk / spam folder and add us to your safe list to ensure that you receive any order updates.
You will be contacted if your order cannot be met or if there is a delay in dispatch. If any part of your order can not be fulfilled for any reason you will be refunded as appropriate.
